1Peter 1:10-16; Psalm 98:1-4; Mark 10:28-31

set your mind
in hope
upon the grace
of God
revealed
through
the Holy Spirit
in Christ
and see
what the angels
longed to see
love
embodied
singing
its new song
to the earth
a justice
alive
in kindness
reaching
beyond one life
one family
into All

Have you set your mind into God’s love?

1Peter1:3-9; Psalm 111:1-2,5-6,9-10; Mark 10:17-27

no money
can buy
the indescribable
and glorious joy
attained
by faith
in God’s saving
power
a love
springing forth
from our poverty
bearing fruit
from His guiding commands
alive
in the promise
of His covenant
we give thanks
always
with all
of our heart
for all things
are possible
in God

Do you experience God’s love springing forth from your poverty?

Prov 8:22-31; Psalm 8: 4-9; Romans 5:1-5; John 16:12-15

before all
she was there
wisdom
first born
of His ways
pouring forth
in creation
we are in awe
and delight
even in our affliction
her wisdom
brings endurance
to virtue
in our life
of hope
we live
in her peace
and we will not
be disappointed
Spirit of Truth
poured out
into our hearts
more and more
we see the love
of God
foundation
of all that is
and here
we shall live
with God
forever

Do you let Wisdom reveal herself to you?
Have you opened your hearts to Truth?
Do you live in Her?

James 5:9-12; Psalm 103:1-12; Mark 10:1-12

drawn
into
the love
of the One
we are healed
and redeemed
by compassion
and kindness
seeing
no other
we live
in faithfulness
to Truth
where yes
means yes
and no
means no
and there
is no other need

Have you been embraced by the One True Love?

James 5:1-6; Psalm 49:14-20; Mark 9:41-50

our wealth
is nothing
in the eyes
of one
who only
sees
our love
and goodness
trusting in
our possessions
we lose our way
trusting
in God
we find it
and give
ourselves
to Life
to our children
and to those
in need

Do you give yourself to Love?

James 4:13-17; Psalm 49:2-3,6-11; Mark 9:38-40

this one
moment
a gift
that no money
can buy
or redeem
given
for love
of God
and one
another
we give thanks
and cherish
all
doing
what is right
in His name

Do you experience the gift of this moment?

James 4:1-10; Psalm 55: 7-11,23; Mark 9:30-37

of two minds
we wage war
against
ourselves
and each other
forgetting
the Oneness
from which
we come
striving
to be greater than
another
we lose
our way

lost
we seek
and find
the One
who will bring
peace
to our mind
and heart
through
grace
and knowledge
of our being

Are you of two minds?
Do you seek God’s peace?

James 3:13-18; Psalm 19:8-15; Mark 9:14-29

through prayer
we let go
of jealousy
and selfish ambition
where disorder
lives
and enter
the wisdom
of God
where
there is peace
and mercy
gentleness
sincerity
and constant
love
healing us
and giving
joy
to our hearts

Have you let go of jealousy and selfish ambition?
Have you entered the peace of God?

Ezekiel 37: 1-14; Psalm 104; Romans 8:22-27; John 7:37-39

groaning in our
agony of waiting
we knew not
how to pray
lifeless
as in a grave
we were lost
we have been
dry bones
walking
with no spirit
until He is set
upon us–
called
from the four winds
the Spirit comes
and breathes us
into Life
tongues of fire
ignite us
our imagination soars
one moment
changes all
as one we thought gone
appears
rattling bones
come together
bone joining bone
enfleshed–
we speak
with passion
the new language
of love

Can these dry bones come to life?
Is your imagination alive with His spirit?
Are you a living flame of Love?

Acts 1:15-17,20-26; Psalm 113:1-8; John 15:9-17

All
are chosen
to receive
a word
of love
from God
to grow
in our being
and fashion
our ways
with one another
bringing
a joy
that is complete
as we remain in
and trust in
His Love

Do you experience the joy of God’s love?
