Hebrews 13: 1-8; Psalm 27: 1-9; Mark 6: 14-29

we wake
in your
Presence
Lord
and know
you are
our helper
we will
not be afraid
for you
will never
forsake
or abandon us
what
can anyone do
to us
with you
by our side?

Do you awake to His Presence?
Do you experience God as your Light and Salvation?

Hebrews 12:18:24; Psalm 48: 2-11; Mark 6:7-13

sent out
two by two
no money
no food
only
their Faith
and
a walking stick
they lived
on the
kindness
of strangers
who opened
their hearts
and homes
to Good News
a new way
to live
not in fear
but from
the Love
written
in their hearts
by God

What do you carry on your journey?

Hebrew 12: 4-15; Psalm 103: 1-18; Mark 6: 1-6

morning
we come to you
anxious
and afraid
from all
we see
demands
beyond
what we
can bear
then
we hear
your words
and know
you are near
not far away
in some
heavenly source
but here
among us
within us
bringing
peace

Do you experience God with us?
Do you experience God’s peace?

Hebrews 12: 1-4; Psalm 22: 26-32; Mark 5: 21-43

in
His Presence
we arise
no longer
afraid
letting go
of our burdens
we feel
His healing
power
eyes fixed
on love
we see
ourselves
and draw
Life
for our Soul

“May your hearts be ever merry!”

Do you experience your life in His Presence?
Do you draw Life for your soul from there?

Mal: 3:1-4; Psalm 24: 7-10; Hebrews 2: 14-18; Luke 2:22-40

who can
endure
the day
of His
coming
whose
heart
and mind
have not
been touched
by some Truth
of our Being
Holy Spirit
upon us
we know
Him
when
He comes
and
embrace all
He brings
filled with
gratitude
and love

How do you know Him when He comes?

Deut 18:15-20; Psalm 95: 1-2, 6-7, 7-9; 1 Cor 7.32-35; Mark 1.21-28

Word of God
upon my lips
i have nothing
to serve
but
your love
and goodness
heart of stone
broken
we sing
joyfully
to praise
to worship
to follow
you alone
your ways
of love
and goodness
speak through
our hearts
and life
unclean spirits
flee in
the presence
of you

What unclean spirit will flee your heart?

Hebrews 11: 1-19; Luke 1: 69-75; Mark 4: 35-41

sons
and daughters
of Abraham
bringing
war
and
terror
casting
shame
upon
the legacy
of their father
who listened
and moved
in faith
to find
his homeland
in God
all would
do well
to listen
to the one
the wind
and the sea
obey
“Quiet!
Be still”

“Be still and know that I am God”
Psalm 46:10

Hebrews 10: 32-39; Psalm 37: 3-40; Mark 4: 26-34

we scatter
seeds
in joy
and hope
not knowing
what will come
we labor
in faith
sustained
by the One
who knows
the harvest
never knowing
what suffering
or challenge
may come
even to
our faith
over and over
our daily bread
is to
 choose
life
for ourselves
for others
knowing all
love
and justice
is gift

What challenges your faith?
What calls you to Life?

Hebrews 10: 19-25; Psalm 24: 1-6; Mark 4: 21-25

we live
in Your
Spirit
of Abundance
Infinite
Love
and Goodness
for which
there is
no measure
there is
no less
as we
put
unwavering
Trust
in You
rousing
and encouraging
one another
to love
and good works
drawing
together
to share
and shine
Your Light

How do you experience God’s abundance?
How do you share it?

The Sower by Vincent Van Gogh
Featured image
Hebrews 10: 11-18; Psalm 110: 14; Mark 4: 1-20

we are
sower
seed
and soil
exuberantly
scattering
His word
in hearts
prepared
and open
to receive
no bird
to snatch
no sun
to scorch
no thorn
to choke
only
rich soil
for roots
to grow
down deep
into
God’s
Love

Is your heart prepared for His Word?
How do you scatter seeds?
