Acts 12:44-52; Psalm 98: 1-4; John 14:7-14

looking into
the eternal moment
we see
God’s love
and goodness
unyielding
and persistent
feeding
mercy and forgiveness
answering
our prayers
for compassion
kindness
and generosity
in each heart
freed Spirit
seed
of Christ
becomes
the tree of life
we rejoice
in a new song
of Love

What do you see in the eternal moment?

Acts 13:26-33; Psalm 2:6=11; John 14: 1-6

Jesus
you say
“do not
let your hearts
be troubled”
and I say
how can they
not be
when the world
pounds
on our door
each day
with bad news
you answer
with faith
a faith in God
a faith in you
as a way
love as a way
to follow

How does His love show the way?

Acts 12:24-13:5; Psalm 67:2-8; John 12:44-50

coming
as Light
he shines
in our darkness
revealing
a goodness
we didn’t know
or see
as our own
Holy Spirit
guiding our life
we listen
always
for your way

How do you hear the voice of the Holy Spirit?

Acts 11:1-18; Psalm 42:2-3;43:3,4; John 10:1-10

Holy Spirit
revealing
the oneness
and sacredness
of All
we see
our part
in God’s love
and mercy
entering
the gate
of Truth
that is opened
freely
to us
our hearts
full
of joy

Do you see your part in God’s love?

Acts 13:14, 43-52; Psalm 100: 1-5; Rev 7: 9-17; John 10: 27-3

hearing
His voice
we follow
through
every trial
we know
the way
living
in God’s
shelter
we know
no hunger
we know
no thirst
we drink
of living
water
never
to be snatched
from
God’s hand
we rest
secure
and serve
one another
with joy

Do you hear His voice?
Do you follow His way?
Do you serve with joy?

Acts 9:31-42; Psalm 116:12-17; John 6:60-69

raised
from the dead
by the Spirit
of Life
we embrace
the goodness
of God
and share
what we
have been given
being occupied
with good deeds
from God’s
deep source
of love
and abundance

We offer a sacrifice
of thanksgiving.

Does the Spirit bring you Life?

Acts 9:1-20; Psalm 117:1-2; John 6:52-59

blinded
by the light’s
glory
all persecution
ends
as the love
of God
is revealed
and the Holy Spirit
fills
and changes
death
to life
inspiring
all our work
within
this precious life
nourishing
and healing
all

Do you see the preciousness of all life through God’s Light?

Acts 8:26-40; Psalm 66:8-9, 16-17,20; John 6:44-51

our daily bread
a gift given
life to our soul
that thrives
on love
and goodness
and kindness
we share
our life
and word
with one another
teaching
and encouraging
one another
to follow
God’s path
to joy

What is your daily bread?

Acts 8:1b-8; Psalm 66:1-7; John 6:35-40

fearing
what we do not
understand
we silence
and destroy
what would bring
love and healing
and nourish
our souls
until
our eyes
and ears
are opened
by God’s
tremendous
love

Will you let your eyes and ears be opened?

Acts 7:51-8:1; Psalm 31: 3-8,17,21; John 6:30-35

a stiff necked people
do not believe
closing
their minds
to the Holy Spirit
not believing in
God as love
or the nourishing Christ
yet to one
who sees
God’s Glory
the heavens open
here and now
and all is well

Do you see?
Do you believe?
