Genesis 22:1B-19; Psalm 115:1-9; Matthew 9:1-8

we rise up
and walk
with the living God
not made of silver
and gold
but seeing
hearing
smelling
tasting
breathing
moving
and having our Being
in the world
no longer bound
by sacrifice
we live
in God’s spirit
of love
kindness
and mercy
that flows
through our hearts

Where do you find God?

Genesis 21:8-20; Psalm 34:7-13; Matthew 8:28-34

demons
cry out
to the one
who knows them
looking
for a way

demons expelled
we are free
to live our life
without distress
in the arms
of angels
to guide us
to the love
we most desire

seeking God
we learn that we have
all we need
and live in God’s desire
for our Good
and the Good of all

Are you free?

Genesis 19:15-29; Psalm 26:2-12; Matthew 8:23-27

living in the fear
of our storms
He awakens in us
to quell our fears
with a calmness
that sweeps over
our life
searching our heart
and soul
nothing is left untouched
brought to light
we lose our self reference
and see all in Him
God and Spirit
our guide
we live
in the spaciousness
of grace and mercy
where all is forgiven
and Heaven
rushes in

Do you allow God’s calming of the storms in your life?

Ephesians 2:19-22; Psalm 117:1,2; John 20:24-29

greater than
our need
to touch
and see
our faith
lives beyond
our concepts
and concrete notions
in a a realm
that calls for
a complete surrender
into the unknowing
allowing the Truth
of Christ’s completeness
to enter
revealing
a dwelling place
of God
in the Spirit

Are you blessed to have not seen but believe?

2Kings 4:8-11,14-16; Psalm 89:2-3,16-19; Romans 6:3-11; Matthew 10:37-42

loving God
above all
we find the source
of our Being
from where
all our life
flows
love
joy
peace
generosity
kindness
gentleness
truth prevailing
against all darkness
deception
and delusion
we remain firm
and sing the goodness
of the Lord
our strength
and our shield

How do you live from the source of your Being?

Genesis 18:1-15; Luke 1:46-55; Matthew 8:5-17

our spirit
rejoices
as our soul
proclaims
the greatness
of the Lord
God our savior
letting go
of all that burdens
and imprisons us
as our faith
in His healing love
restores us
we arise
and tend
to a word
in need

Does your soul proclaim the goodness of the Lord?
Does your Spirit rejoice in God your Savior?

Genesis 17:1,9-10,15-22; Psalm 128:1-5; Matthew 8:1-4

trusting
even in old age
and barrenness
that new life
will come
we bear
and embrace
new life
even through
our doubting
we respond
to the Spirit
and are healed
and made whole
walking always
in God’s Presence

How do you walk with the Holy Spirit guiding you?

Acts 3:1-10; Psalm 19:2-5; Galatians 1:11-20; John 21:15-19

the heavens
declare
the Glory of God
the Holy Spirit
leads
at the beautiful gate
we rise up
and walk with Him
healed
of our infirmities
we gather
strength
and courage
to follow
feeding
tending
caring
for all He offers
to our life
living the love
given as gift
given to others
in His name

Where do you find healing and encouragement?

Genesis 15:1-18; Psalm 105:1-9; Matthew 7:15-20

aligned
with God’s grace
we bear
the fruit
of God’s Goodness
wary
of false prophets
wolves
in sheep’s clothing
we keep
our eyes fixed
on the one
who keeps
His covenant
and shows us
the way
through our anxiety
to the peaceful way
of Truth

How does God show you the way through you anxiety?
What is your daily bread?
How do you bear God’s fruit?

Genesis 13:2-18; Psalm 15:2-5; Matthew 7:6,12-14

where is
the narrow gate
constricted road
that leads
to life

some cross
that calls us
through
its mysterious way

some mystical
birth canal
where we are
nourished
in God’s womb
then expelled
into the Light
of Knowing

spiritual senses
ignited
we live
in Heaven’s realm
of Love
tasting
and seeing
God’s Goodness
of All

Where is your narrow gate?
