Romans 5:12-20; Psalm 40:7-17; Luke 12:35-38

God’s law
of Love
written in our hearts
brings joy
to our life
even as we face
our sorrows
we see His light
shining
and we serve
the Beauty we see
trusting
whole-heartedly
that God’s will
is for the Goodness
of All

How do you serve God’s love everyday?

Romans 4:20-25; Luke 1:69-75;Luke 12:13-21

empowered
by the gift of faith
we are set free
by the living word
that saves us
from our greed
enmity
and misperceptions
showing us
what matters
to God
the love
and justice
for all
his people

How are you saved?

Isaiah 45:1-6; Psalm 96: 1-10; Thess 1:1-5; Mt. 22:15-21

in the rising
and setting sun
we live
in the light
of God
laboring in
love
living in
love’s power
Holy Spirit
in your breath
upon our lips
we speak
your love
with conviction
rendering
all to God
as all
is God’s
not acting
for human favor
but for
the love of God
the love
of all

Do you give to God what is God’s?
What is God’s?

Romans 4:13,16-18; Psalm 105:6-7,8-9,42-43; Luke 12:8-12

gifted
with faith
we follow
the law of love
written
in our hearts
God’s new covenant
that leads us
through the Holy Spirit
to all hope
and joy
calling into being
what does not exist
and giving life
to the dead

Do you follow the Holy Spirit to love?

Romans 4:1-8; Psalm 32:1-11; Luke 12:1-7

in times
of trouble
we turn to God
and reveal
the darkness
of our hearts
and pray for
the light of Truth
that informs
and saves us
from fear
and the guilt
of sin
that separates us
opening us
to the joy
of God’s never ending love

Do you turn to God in times of trouble?

All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.
All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.

Deep the joy of being together in one heart
and for me that’s just where it is.

As we make our way through all the joys and pain,
can we sense our younger, truer selves?

All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.
All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.

Someone will be calling you to be there for a while.
Can you hear the cry from deep within?

All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.
All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.

Laughter, joy and presence: the only gifts you are.
Have you time? I’d like to be with you.

All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.
All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.

Persons come into the fiber of our lives,
and then their shadow fades and disappears.

All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.
All I ask of you is forever to remember me as loving you.

Romans 1:16-25; Psalm 19:2-5; Luke 11:37-41

exchanging
the truth of God
for a lie
worshiping
the creature
rather than the creator
our lives
became disordered
until
God’s living word
poured into the day
and the night
imparted knowledge
to ears that would hear
the Spirit
discerning reflections
and thoughts
of the heart
prepares us
for God’s wisdom
and our lives
are changed

What do you worship?

Romans 1:1-7; Psalm 98:1-4; Luke 11:29-32

no sign given
only faith
that we will see
the goodness
of the Lord
that our song
will be heard
that salvation
will be known
we will not lose
the gift given
even as death
drawn near
we rejoice
in His eternal Love

How do you hold on to your gift of faith?

Isaiah 25: 6-10; Psalm 23: 1-6; Phil 4: 12-20; Mt: 22: 1-14

lover
of goodness
and kindness
you show us
our lowliness
our sinfulness
as you provide all
that we need
unconditionally
each moment
yours
we know
you provide
strength
for everything
our hunger
our pain
and we learn
to cope
with every circumstance
this time
ever full
with you
we live
in the eternity
of love

How do you respond to God’s invitation?
Do you know God as your guide…providing for all of your needs?

JL 4:12-21; Psalm 97: 1-12; Luke 11:27-28

we are blessed
to hear
God’s word
knowing God
is near
it is as a Light
dawning
in our hearts
easing our darkness
sorrow
and sin
we rejoice in
our God of Love
and give thanks
every minute
for His Presence

Do you feel God’s light dawning in your heart?
