in the Holy Spirit
that cannot
be bought
or sold
contained
or controlled
by human means
an immeasurable
justice
called mercy

kindness
called Love

a gift

but in God’s
own desire
for peace
in God’s own desire
for love

in the world
in our minds
and in our hearts

from deception
and denial

upon the earth
we embrace
the Holy Spirit
who enables us
to carry on
our work
with the eyes
of our hearts
enlightened

for His Presence
we are filled
with joy
leaving behind
despair
