for every thing
God in great love
shows care
even as the fires
bear down
the storms rage
and the chaos in hearts
spills out
onto the earth
we stop
and pray
with the One sent
who turns
our minds
and hearts
to this day
where our daily bread
is enough
this one day
where all is forgiven
and strength
is given
through the Holy Spirit
to endure
