1Peter 1:18-25; Psalm 147:12-20; Mark 10:32-45

born from
the imperishable
seed
we love
one another
intensely
from a pure heart
serving
one another
from the Life
and love
that saves us

Do you know what you are asking to follow Christ?

Mark 10:28-31

releasing
all attachments
we see
into the Presence
of God
source
of our Being
all Love
Kindness
and Goodness
returning
as Gift
we are thankful
and with praise
we are at peace

What do you see when you release all attachments?

1Peter1:3-9; Psalm 111:1-2,5-6,9-10; Mark 10:17-27

no money
can buy
the indescribable
and glorious joy
attained
by faith
in God’s saving power
a love and joy
springing forth
from our poverty
bearing fruit
from His guiding commands
alive
in the promise
of His covenant
we give thanks
always
with all
of our heart
for all things
are possible
in God

Do you experience God’s love springing forth from your poverty?
Do you experience all things possible in God?

Dt. 4:32-34,39-40; Ps. 33:4-6,9,12, 18-22; Romans: 8: 14-17; Mt. 28:16-20)

we fix our heart on
the God of heaven
the God of earth
a voice
amidst the fire
raised from testing
signs and wonders
and war
from the strong hand
and outstretched arm
we understand
God’s commands for love
from he who loves
justice and right
we are happy
as all are chosen
we live and breathe
with Him
knowing we are
children of God
lead away from slavery to love
we teach what we have
come to know
in our heart
we are One

with the love of God
the love of the Son of God
and the love of the Spirit
who is with us always
until the end of the age

Did anything so great ever happen before?
Have you heard the voice of God
speaking from the midst of the fire?

Mark 10:13-16

with wisdom
ever conscious
or the presence
of God
Jesus embraces
the children
as we are embraced
created
in image
for one glorious
brief moment
of beholding
we are asked
to live
in loving kindness
and compassion
caretakers
of justice-
God’s love for all

What challenges your commitment to loving kindness?

James 5:9-15; Psalm 103:1-12; Mark 10:1-12

saying yes
when we mean yes
and no
when we mean no
we follow
the way
of Truth
arising
from our inner Being
one with God
and All that is
we know mercy
and kindness
and love
and act
from this Holy place

Do you say yes when you mean yes and no when you mean no?

James 5:1-6; Psalm 49:14-20; Mark 9:41-50

our wealth
is nothing
in the eyes
of one
who only sees
our love
and goodness
trusting in
our possessions
we lose our way
trusting
in God
we find it
and give
ourselves
to Life
to our children
and to those
in need

Do you give yourself to God’s Love?

James 4:13-17; Psalm 49:2-3,6-11; Mark 9:38-40

this one
moment
a gift
that no money
can buy
or redeem
given
for love
of God
and one
another
we give thanks
and cherish
All
doing
what is right
in His name

Do you appreciate the gift of this moment?

James 4:1-10; Psalm 55: 7-11,23; Mark 9:30-37

of two minds
we wage war
against
ourselves
serving our passions
instead of
each other
forgetting
the Oneness
from which
we come
striving
to be greater than
another
we lose
our way
lost
we seek
and find
the One
who will bring
peace
to our mind
and heart
through
grace
and knowledge
of our being

Are you of two minds?
How do you seek God’s peace?

Genesis 3:9-20; Psalm 87:1-7; John 19:25-34

sharing the burden
of our separateness
our sinfulness
we see His cross
His thirst
and enter the mystery
of suffering
speaking a language
beyond our understanding
yet reaching a place
of knowing in us
where we live with Him
in God’s love
and say with him
“it is finished”
releasing our Spirit
to heaven’s joy

How do you experience the cross?
