Acts 20:28-38; Psalm 68:29-36; John 17:11-19

consecrated
In Truth
we see God’s love
a Light shining
through All that is
awakened
we see the Oneness
Of All
living
breathing
one heart beat
one breath

separate only
in delusion
creating the chaos
of greed
we descend
into war
in ourselves
and with one another
or we turn to
God’s saving power
of peace
knowing it is better
to give
than to receive

Do you turn to God’s saving power of peace?

Acts 20:17-27; Psalm 68:10-11, 20-21; John 17:1-11

shown
a path
called love
love of self
love of neighbor
love of enemy
we ask
what is this love
that demands
so much good
wrapped
in kindness
and compassion
enduring beyond
all human cruelty
forgiving all
embracing all
we see beyond
our own means
to find it
living in
the divine will
we find
the Glory
of God

What is this love that demands so much good?
Where do you find it?

Acts 16:11-15; Psalm 149: 1-9; John 15:26-16:4

our hearts
opened
by inspired word
and prayer
we are touched
by the Spirit of Truth
our advocate
in times
of need
feeling God’s

strength
and delight
we are filled
with a song of joy
turning
our minds
and hearts
to all that is Good

How can you keep your heart opened to God’s word?
How can we keep our minds and hearts open to goodness?

Acts 7:55-60; Ps 97: 1-9; Rev 22: 12-20; John 17: 20-26

tree of life
morning star
we come
thirsty
to drink
of Life
and become one
with the Love
from which we came
revealed to us
from the One who
knew God’s love
and glory
as a father
and Son-
no stones can kill
what we have seen
the Holy Spirit arises
to Truth
where even those who would kill
will be forgiven
when light reveals all
and a path
is set straight
we see the Oneness of all
completed in God’s love
alpha and omega
first the last
beginning and end

How do we know love without His presence?
How do we experience Oneness?
How do we forgive those who would kill us?

Zeph 3:14-18;or Romans 12:9-16; Isaiah 12:2-6; Luke 1:30=56

our soul
proclaims
the goodness
of our God
from where
our strength
and courage come
joy
leaps
in our heart
for the new life
God brings
rejoicing
in hope
enduring
in affliction
we turn
from what is evil
and hold on
to God’s goodness

Where do you find God’s goodness?

Acts 18:9-18; Psalm 47:2-7, John 16:20-23

we leave
our fear
and silence
and speak
of God’s desire
for love
and peace
knowing
we live
in His Presence
and power
filled with a joy
that cannot
be taken

as a mother’s pain
of her labor
is forgotten
in the joy of birth
so shall we
in our homecoming

How do we let go of our fear, suffering and sorrow?
How do we enter God’s desire for us?

The Ascension
Acts 1:1-11; Psalm 47: 2-9; Ephesians 1:17-23; Luke 24:46-53

A Spirit of Wisdom
is given
as the eyes

of our hearts
are enlightened
to the hope
that belongs
to this call
to love
even as the darkness
and evil
around us
is calling to despair
we give into
Hope
and Love
and Joy
for we have seen
the vision
of God
that leads to peace

Do you give into the hope that belongs to this call?
Does your heart see the way to peace?

Acts: 17:15, 22-18:1, Psalm 148: 1-14; John 16: 12-15

we turn
our hearts
and mind
to the one
in whom
we live
and have
our being
given
breath
and life
and every thing
not fashioned
in any image
of our hand
or imagination
but in love
incarnate
that flows
eternal

Who owns your breath?
Who leads you to Truth?

Acts 16:22-24; Psalm 138:1-8; John 16:5-11

lost in our confusion and grief
we do not hear
His words of consolation
the Advocate
to come
to bring all we need

how easy to be lost
in the world’s chaos
and darkness
yet how beautiful
and amazing
to be found
and opened to God’s love

gratitude for our being
we sing in the Presence of angels
a song heard
by ears tuned
to God’s Glory

What Truth do you hear?
