Eph 2:1-1-; Psalm 100:1-5; Luke 12:13-21

turning
our lives
from greed
possession
and impulse
we become
rich
in what matters
to God
from a grace
given freely
an immeasurable
kindness
and mercy
that flows
through our work
day by day
as we love
and provide
what each moment
needs
not giving in
to what divides us
but what unites us
in love

What matters to God?
Do you accept the grace given freely?

Exodus 17:8-13; Psalm 121:1-8; 2Timothy 3:14-4:2; Luke 18:1-3

we call out
to God
in prayer
day and night
persisting
in faith
persisting
in prayer
persisting
in receiving
wisdom
from God’s word
supporting
one another
in Truth
and Love
welcoming
reproving
correcting
appealing
whether convenient
or inconvenient
so that God
might find
our faith
alive
on earth

Do you persist in prayer day and night?
Do you help another?
Do you let another help you?

Ephesians 1:15-23; Psalm 8:2-7; Luke 12:8-12

with
the Holy Spirit
provider

of love
and forgiveness
we are freed
from our anger
resentments

ignorance
and disregard
of Truth-
beholding

creation
in the moon
and stars
the eyes
of our heart

are opened
to see
God’s wisdom
and love

of All

What revelation will bring the dawn of God’s love of All to your mind and heart?

Eph 1:11-14; Psalm 33:1-13; Luke 12:1-7

harboring
difficult
thoughts
we create
the leaven
of hypocrisy–
letting go
of our fear
we open
to God’s presence
and receive
the purifying
light
that saves us
and opens our hearts
to love

How do you let go of our fear?

Eph 1:1-10; Psalm 98:1-6; Luke 11:47-54

the song
we sing
is not our own–
written
by the hand
of another
for our hearts
we are touched
by God’s love–
coming
alive
with the Joy
of new life
as we see
a Glory given
a Wisdom
received
as insight
into
the Mystery
of God’s will–
this love
that becomes
our saving
grace

What song do you sing?
What is your saving grace?

Gal:5:18-25; Psalm 1:1-6; Luke 11:42-46

there is no law
when guided by Spirit
whose fruits are
love
joy
peace
patience
kindness
generosity
faithfulness
and self-control
guided away
from hateful
destructive
passions
we are like
a tree
planted
near running water
yielding
our fruit
in due season
turning toward
His Light

Do you live in the freedom of the Holy Spirit?

1Gal 5:1-6; Psalm 119:41-48; Luke 11:37-41

meditating
on God’s law
and commands
the light
of mercy
shines through
we give alms
from a heart
set free
by a faith
working
through love
and experience
God’s living
word
acting
upon the world

How are you set free by God’s word

Gal 4:22-27, 31-5:1; Psalm 113:1-7; Luke 11:29-32

insecure
in our faith
we demand
a sign
turning
ourselves
into slaves
rejecting
the wisdom
of repentance
and the sign of Jonah
condemning
ourselves
to judgement
until we hear
His voice
of freedom
singing

in our soul

What sign do you demand?
What voice do you hear?

Kings 5: 14-17; Ps 98: 1-4; 2 Timothy 2: 8-13; Luke 17: 11-19

listening
to God’s word
and dipping into
God’s flowing waters
we are healed-
seeing ourselves
cleansed
we return
in thanks
blessed with faith
we hold onto
new life
from death
eager for
peace
and the saving power
of love
a song of joy
and praise
breaks
from our lips
at the sight
of justice
revealed
kindness
and faithfulness
remembered

Do you let Him heal your wounds?
Are you grateful for His healing words?
Do you recognize God’s justice as love for all?

Gal:31:22-29; Psalm 105:2-7; Luke 11:27-28

hearing
God’s word
we observe it
and act on it
in our lives
rejoicing
in our faith
in the One
who call all
to return
to their Oneness
in God
Holy Spirit
that sees All
as loved
even in our differences
welcoming
and promising
a home
for our heart

Do you feel the embrace of God’s oneness?
